Horton First Baptist Church Fund

Goal: $30,000.00

Specific Need

 Updating our fire supression system as well as a new roof on our sanctuary in the future.  We would  like to build on to our existing activity center to accomodate our growing youth programs.  Donations will help build a fund for these big repairs.

Mission

We endeavor by the power of the Holy Spirit to walk always in Christian love. We seek to advance the kingdom of our Savior, Jesus Christ toward all mankind and to endeavor to promote God’s love, righteousness, Holy word and the spreading of His Gospel to the world. We fully support the church physically, financially and to advance the value and welfare of the family as well as to teach our children Christian truths. We support the foundations of baptism, the Lord’s Supper, spirituality, justice and peace as written in the Holy Scriptures. We endeavor to refrain from all sin and walk righteously in this world through the power of Christ Jesus our Savior.  We look to support one another in prayer, mutual respect, Christian love, and to reconcile ourselves one to another through Christ’s love for us.
