Through your donations, our TeamMates program will be able to support activites that our mentors can share with our mentees, as well as ensure everyone has the equipment needed to lead our mentees to success. We appreciate all assistance from our community; either through donation or choosing to become a mentor, you can help create the TeamMate village to raise outstanding leaders!

The mission of the TeamMates Mentoring Program is to impact the world by inspiring students to reach their full potential through mentoring.
Profile
The TeamMates Program is new to USD #430, and we are excited! We are looking forward to supporting the students in a different way that we've never done before. TeamMates mentoring goes beyond typical assistance programs; it brings a positive mentor carefully selected to support a specific student based on similar likes/dislikes, goals, and beliefs. Our mentors are able to visit their mentees during the school day, so they are in a safe environment they are familiar with while receiving positive reinforcement from a trusted mentor who is there to focus on them.
TeamMates now serves thousands of boys and girls across the Midwest, and our mentors come from all walks of life. One thing, however, remains the same— our mentors just have to be there. It’s that simple.
