Specific Need
The South Brown County Health and Wellness Center will be located on the beautiful 4.1 acres of the former Horton Hospital. This is a partnership between the South Brown County Community Foundation, HIDC, Horton, and Amberwell Health. We look forward to sharing our vision with the community as this concept unfolds. We will be applying for state and local grants to support this concept. However; local funds must be raised to support any grant application. Thank you for supporting the health and well being of our community--now and for generations.
